1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of SKN Travels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Service Description
SKN Travels provides cab rental and travel services including, but not limited to:
Local travel within Ranchi
Outstation trips across India
Airport pick-up and drop
Corporate travel and business transportation
Wedding and event car rentals
Family travel, sightseeing, and customized tours
All services are subject to availability.
3. Booking and Payment
By making a booking, you agree to the following:
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
- Advance payment may be required to confirm certain bookings
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Payments can be made via online modes, UPI, bank transfer, or cash
- Final billing will be based on actual travel usage
Extra charges may apply for the following:
Waiting time
Additional kilometers
Toll taxes, parking fees, state taxes
4. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may attract cancellation charges
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days
5. User Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Be available at the pickup location on time
- Treat the driver and vehicle respectfully
- Not carry illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items
- Not smoke, drink alcohol, or engage in misconduct inside the vehicle
- Pay for any damages caused to the vehicle or equipment (if applicable)
6. Limitation of Liability
SKN Travels shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events
- Loss of personal belongings during the trip
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
7. Vehicle and Driver Conditions
- We reserve the right to provide a similar or higher-category vehicle if the booked vehicle is unavailable
- All drivers are trained, licensed, and verified
- Drivers may change routes based on safety or traffic conditions
- Vehicle interiors should not be damaged, dirtied, or misused
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or service failures caused by events outside our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Accidents
- Political disturbances
- Strikes
- Government restrictions
- Any other unforeseen circumstances
9. Modifications
SKN Travels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
